Manages commercial data center construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through scheduling, procurement, execution, cost control, safety, quality, change orders, client coordination, payment requests, and closeout. Leads project teams, coordinates owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, officials, and internal departments, while maintaining budgets, milestones, contractual compliance, profitability, and project documentation.

Ensures safe energization and isolation activities during data center construction and commissioning. Manages electrical room access, LOTO programs, pre-energization inspections, commissioning plan reviews, safety audits, and high-risk activity procedures. Acts as the energy isolation subject matter expert, interprets electrical drawings, verifies compliance across AC and DC systems, supports continuous improvement, and has authority to stop unsafe work.

Supports marketing and business development through proposal development, capture planning, tailored content, research, editing, presentations, brochures, and graphics. Coordinates pursuit teams, maintains qualifications materials and marketing information, tracks action plans, and ensures consistent messaging and brand standards. Requires strong persuasive writing, layout and design skills, construction industry knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, professional development programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction knowledge, the ability to read drawings and specifications, strong communication and organizational skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is advantageous.
