Lead strategic oncology account engagement across academic centers, IDNs and community oncology networks. Develop multi-stakeholder account plans, drive formulary/EHR/pathway inclusion, present clinical and economic value, negotiate access agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast account performance, and deliver executive-level education and business reviews to advance product access and adoption.

Lead and develop a regional team of Strategic Oncology Account Directors to execute account-based go-to-market and access strategies across health systems, cancer centers, and community oncology. Drive account planning, contract pull-through, cross-functional alignment, KPI-driven performance, and regional business reviews to achieve brand, access, and market-share goals while ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.
