Manages residential and commercial contents packout projects from initial loss through packback. Responsibilities include field inspections, packing and moving contents, crew coordination, inventory and documentation, storage and delivery logistics, cost tracking, insurance billing support, quality control, customer communication, and business development. Lead and manage emergency mitigation projects from assessment to completion: scope losses, direct technicians, create estimates and job plans, ensure safety and quality, communicate with customers and insurers, monitor KPIs, oversee equipment and documentation, and participate in on-call emergency response.

Drive new business and partnerships in the restoration, mitigation, and construction markets. Build and maintain referral relationships, conduct in-person visits and attend events, run B2B marketing and lead-generation efforts, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in a CRM, and pursue revenue growth and market expansion.

Hunter-style B2B sales role to prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts in restoration, construction, and mitigation. Build relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers; manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts and pricing, maintain pipeline in CRM, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
