Interns learn wholesale distribution operations, process customer orders, build product and market knowledge, support inside and outside sales, and generate leads through cold calling, job site visits, and proactive outreach. The program emphasizes leadership, customer relationships, initiative, analytical ability, and hands-on business experience.

Four-year management development program rotating through warehouse and counter operations, inside sales, outside sales, and leadership training. Trainees build product knowledge, customer relationships, sales accounts, operational expertise, and team leadership skills while working with contractors and traveling among regional profit centers. Successful completion prepares participants to manage a profit center, lead a team, and operate a business. Regional flexibility and relocation during and after the program are required.
