Lead product specification, roadmap, development and industrialisation for autonomous defense systems. Manage timelines, resources, cross-functional teams, technical coordination, customer engagement, and ensure commercial and technical feasibility through delivery.

Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, and supplies; coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel; develop administrative systems, onboarding/offboarding for U.S. employees; support events, visitor logistics, and workplace improvements while optimizing meeting processes and executive productivity.

Lead end-to-end bid and proposal efforts for US federal and defense customers. Manage RFP analysis, proposal strategy, compliance with FAR/DFARS and export controls, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and bid governance to maximize win rates.
