Manages the firm’s physical and electronic records program, including personnel supervision, information lifecycle processes, retention, legal holds, file transfers, compliance, system administration, data quality, vendors, budgets, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with attorneys, technology, security, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to maintain secure, efficient, and compliant records operations across multiple offices.

Manage attorney billing across multiple practice areas and offices, including preparing proformas, executing complex bills, issuing invoices, configuring e-billing systems, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring compliance with firm and client requirements. Maintain billing procedures, client and matter setups, rates, discounts, reporting, schedules, and analyses. Communicate with attorneys, clients, paralegals, secretaries, and staff while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
