Own and evolve HCSS’s organic social media and influencer strategy across channels. Develop and publish content, manage communities, execute integrated campaigns, support thought leadership and employer branding, and collaborate across marketing and business teams. Monitor trends and emerging platforms, build influencer programs, analyze performance, and optimize social presence. The role supports national and global audiences, with occasional travel of up to 5% for conferences, customer visits, and company events.

Lead DevOps and SRE initiatives focused on Azure SQL Elastic Pools, cloud infrastructure reliability, observability, automation, high availability, disaster recovery, and incident response. Manage scalable Azure or AWS environments, build infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance and costs, develop monitoring and remediation solutions, and mentor junior engineers while partnering across development, security, and database teams.

Manage and expand enterprise customer relationships through advocacy, retention, quarterly and annual business reviews, issue resolution, and regular engagement. Own new-business sales cycles, including prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, manage upgrades using Salesforce CPQ, maintain pipeline data, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, implementation, support, and customer success teams.

Architects, scales, and governs design systems, ensuring 1:1 parity between design assets and front-end code. Owns component libraries, design documentation, design tokens, accessibility standards, and UI pattern governance. Partners closely with development, product, and UX teams to guide implementation, manage component requests, conduct usability testing, reduce technical debt, and improve developer experience. Also maintains machine-readable documentation and AI-ready design infrastructure.

Lead DevSecOps role focused on embedding application security into the SDLC: implement SAST/DAST/SCA and secrets management, secure Azure deployments, integrate security into CI/CD, manage vulnerabilities and compliance, mentor teams, and automate secure infrastructure with IaC (Terraform).

Serve as an embedded FP&A partner to senior functional leaders, owning cost center budgeting, variance analysis, and headcount modeling. Build and improve cost, margin, and P&L models, surface strategic margin and efficiency opportunities, support annual and long-range planning, prepare variance commentary, and lead ad hoc strategic analyses and special projects.

Serve as the GTM finance partner driving ARR analytics, bookings forecasting, cohort NRR/GRR analysis, sales capacity and compensation modeling, GTM expense variance, and pipeline/renewal economics to inform CRO and RevOps decisions and company-level financial planning.
