Audit behavioral health documentation and coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT) for accuracy and compliance, provide providers with actionable feedback and education, identify coding trends and risk areas, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve tooling, product, and documentation quality.

Lead Headway's clinical education and network oversight: design scalable provider learning experiences, manage LMS and community platforms, track network health and KPIs, deliver CE/CME and onboarding curricula, drive provider engagement, clinical quality, compliance, and cross-functional integration to improve retention and outcomes.

Build and lead Headway's procurement function: define procurement strategy and policy, manage vendor lifecycle, drive cost optimization and strategic sourcing, implement procurement tooling and reporting, advise leadership on governance and risk, and hire and develop a high-impact procurement team.

Provide strategic regulatory counsel to Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on telehealth, clinical practice, and multi-state healthcare compliance. Own and grow a strategic payer commercial relationship by developing senior-level partnerships, shaping patient acquisition channel strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to inform product and operations, driving initiatives to expand demand and stickiness, and documenting scalable commercial playbooks for replication across accounts.

Own payer-facing clinical value narrative: translate Headway's clinical and network data into evidence-backed stories, build competitive intelligence for payers, and equip sales/BD with data, messaging, and materials to win payer partnerships.

Lead the Patient Group's business operations: define strategy and operational frameworks, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to set priorities and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and hire/mentor a lean ops team to scale patient acquisition, core experience, growth, and partnerships.

Lead People Systems strategy and operations, optimize and administer Workday and other HR platforms, manage a People systems team, design integrations and automations, drive change adoption and training, evaluate service delivery metrics, and recommend new tools to scale lifecycle operations for thousands of employees.

Full-cycle sales role responsible for recruiting and onboarding therapists and psychiatrists to scale Headway’s provider network. Serve as first point of contact for prospective providers, drive lead generation and conversion, provide product/process feedback cross-functionally, and use data-driven experiments to optimize growth. Compensation includes base salary plus monthly commission.
