The role includes a 90-day paid training program with base pay, claim bonuses, and commission, followed by uncapped commission.

Owns day-to-day accounting operations, including full-cycle bookkeeping, AP, AR, general ledger management, month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support. The Controller leads bookkeeping staff, ensures GAAP compliance, improves accounting processes, and prepares monthly financial review packages with variance commentary for leadership.
