Own the vision and roadmap for Hex’s analytical product areas, including notebooks, dashboards, and conversational AI. Conduct customer discovery, competitive research, and data analysis to identify valuable problems. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features, learn from market feedback, and support product success. The role requires hands-on experience with technical products and the ability to move quickly in a growth-stage startup.

Build and lead Hex’s partner technical enablement function. Responsibilities include creating certification curricula, workshops, demos, sandbox environments, and technical collateral; onboarding and training consulting and SI partners; supporting strategic proof-of-value engagements and architecture reviews; handling technical objections; gathering product feedback; and tracking partner enablement metrics. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, analytics workflow expertise, presentation ability, and approximately 25–30% travel.
