Own the architecture and development of data-intensive web applications powering customer insights. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, resolve complex distributed-system issues, and deliver performant, maintainable data products. Own net-new enterprise customer acquisition across a defined territory, generating outbound pipeline, prospecting senior leaders, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing initial projects or enterprise subscriptions. The role requires consultative, value-based selling, executive relationship management, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Enablement. Successful candidates will have substantial full-cycle enterprise sales experience and a record of landing new logos.

Lead customer enablement, strategic account delivery, research consulting, and self-service success for a software-enabled consumer insights platform. Ensure first-project success, retention, high-quality research execution, and effective subscription utilization. Partner with Sales, Research, and Product on solution design, scoping, pricing, GTM enablement, customer expansion, and process improvement. Guide research projects involving survey design, statistical analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
