Lead regional machine sales to meet strategic goals by developing and coaching a sales team, managing resources and budgets, building customer relationships, conducting market analysis, executing promotions, and ensuring safety and compliance.

12–18 month trainee program to learn rental or supply sales practices, participate in rotations and hands-on training, use CRM and sales tools to develop accounts, negotiate pricing, support branch operations, build relationships, and drive customer engagement while following safety and company policies.

Sell and support machine guidance and positioning technologies to contractors and equipment owners. Prospect new business, provide technical demos, develop proposals, manage customer relationships, coordinate training/onboarding, maintain CRM records, and represent the company at events. Requires field work, driving, and equipment handling.

Manage and grow assigned territory by retaining existing rental customers, sourcing new business, preparing sales/lease contracts and bids, reporting activity, and supporting customers on equipment. Collaborate with district and branch managers, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality while performing extensive driving and occasional overnight travel.
