Guide application teams to refactor monoliths to microservices, support APIs for low-code/no-code platforms, implement BPMN-based automation, and develop integrations using MuleSoft and Microsoft .NET/SQL Server. Ensure compliance with government security controls and CUI handling.

Lead day-to-day system administration for cloud and on-prem systems: install, configure, maintain, optimize, and secure servers and networks. Perform capacity and performance analysis, automate admin tasks, train staff, manage application networking and load balancing, and conduct vulnerability management while supporting CUI and government security requirements in a fully remote Agile environment.

Architect and migrate applications to a microservices model; design APIs to support low-code/no-code platforms; implement BPMN-based automation using tools like Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex; build and sustain a microservices factory leveraging COTS and open-source solutions to automate CI/CD pipelines; collaborate remotely with government stakeholders and Agile teams while maintaining secure workspaces and required clearance.

Perform systems and software engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, testing, integration, debugging, and documentation. Support API-driven, low-code/no-code BPMN-based automation platforms (Appian, Salesforce, Nintex) with SQL Server and .NET, collaborate with Agile teams, and maintain secure remote work practices for CUI-bearing government projects.

Designs and executes integration and acceptance tests for software (DAAS API Gateway), prepares test scripts, data, and documentation, analyzes system security and evaluates test results for compliance with regulations and CUI requirements, and collaborates remotely with Agile teams and government stakeholders.

Collects and organizes information for user manuals, training, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions and system specifications. Prepares and maintains systems, programming, and operations documentation and procedures. Maintains internal documentation library, supports financial/administrative tasks, coordinates documentation services, and works with Agile teams in a secure remote environment supporting government projects.

Paid four-week Appian internship with instructor-led training and hands-on Appian development. Shadow consultants, build applications, test and integrate solutions, produce documentation, participate in Agile teams, and develop consulting and communication skills. Provide security engineering and DLP administration for DLA JETS DLP program, support incident response and cybersecurity content development, analyze and implement security requirements, integrate security solutions, and coordinate enterprise-wide incident handling in accordance with DoD directives.
