Responsibilities include identifying development opportunities, securing site control, negotiating land agreements, managing permitting and interconnection activities, coordinating internal teams and consultants, supporting acquisitions and joint ventures, managing development risks, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement with landowners, regulators, communities, and economic development organizations, along with regular travel throughout Texas and nearby markets.

Manage engineering and construction activities for wind and thermal energy projects through pre-construction and construction phases. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, EPC negotiations, and owner's project management; lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety culture, perform technical due diligence, forecast capital spending, support plant operations, and report progress to senior management.
