Use DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling to analyze productivity, labor, capacity, service, and performance drivers. Establish KPI definitions, validate data quality, automate reporting, monitor refreshes, and translate findings into recommendations. Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering, document reporting processes, train users, and support business reviews.

Leads the design, migration, implementation, and phased rollout of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management across multiple sites. Defines warehouse processes, integration standards, configuration governance, testing, support models, and cutover plans. Partners with operations, IT, vendors, automation teams, and external system owners to validate hardware and system integrations, execute go-lives, stabilize deployments, and transfer knowledge to internal teams.

Leads technical, operational, construction, and warehouse/eCommerce projects across distribution and fulfillment centers. Develops facility layouts, workflows, capacity plans, implementation strategies, financial models, ROI analyses, and operational improvements. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supports site implementations, optimizes storage and material handling, identifies automation opportunities, and ensures safety and GMP compliance across a nationwide network.

Leads industrial engineering strategy across a multi-site logistics network, managing engineers and major continuous improvement, automation, and systems integration initiatives. Develops business cases, ROI analyses, engineering roadmaps, governance frameworks, and performance metrics. Partners with customers, operations, IT, automation providers, and senior leaders to improve safety, productivity, service, capacity, and standardization across distribution and contract packaging sites.

Designs scalable, secure, and supportable technology solutions for customer implementations and enterprise initiatives. Translates business requirements into architectures spanning applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security. Leads solution design, technical decisions, implementation planning, cost estimation, stakeholder presentations, and risk mitigation. Develops architecture standards, governance processes, reference architectures, and reusable patterns while advising business and technology leaders on modernization and best practices.
