Manage the full lifecycle of federal and subrecipient grants: pre-award coordination, post-award compliance monitoring, financial tracking, reporting, documentation, audits, risk assessments, subrecipient oversight, and closeout. Serve as liaison with program, finance, leadership, funders, and subrecipients to ensure allowable use of funds and audit-ready grant administration.

Coordinate and track escalated CDBG-DR program issues from intake through resolution. Serve as central point for complaints, urgent applicant concerns, and constituent inquiries; maintain escalation trackers and dashboards; coordinate cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts; produce reports for PMO leadership; identify trends and recommend process improvements; ensure policy-aligned, timely, and confidential communications with applicants and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager will oversee the Rural Health Transformation Program, managing project governance, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, compliance, and team leadership to ensure program goals are met.

Part-time Reforestation Subject Matter Expert to design and oversee post-wildfire reforestation projects in Rocky Mountain ecosystems. Conduct site assessments, develop technical reports and valuation summaries, advise on seed collection and planting, monitor outcomes, and deliver training. Collaborate with land managers, agencies, and communities; use GIS and remote sensing for ecological monitoring; travel to field sites as needed.

Corps members will coordinate emergency operations, conduct needs assessments, manage logistics, and are prepared for rapid deployment during disasters.

The IEM Readiness Corps responds to disasters by coordinating operational support, logistics, and collaboration with government and NGOs to enhance community resilience during crises.
