Design and build shared AI infrastructure (RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, evals, MLOps), set architecture and quality standards, deliver production AI systems, coordinate cross-team technical efforts, and mentor senior engineers.

Lead global product strategy and execution for discovery surfaces (homepage, search, PLPs, navigation, campaign pages) across web and mobile. Own roadmap, experimentation, personalization, SEO, and KPIs; mentor product managers and partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, merchandising, and marketing to improve findability, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Own and modernize iHerb's product catalog across backend, React frontend, and relational data. Build end-to-end features, use AI-driven SDLC tools, write automated tests, ensure observability, participate in on-call incident response, and contribute to shared engineering standards.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA solutions focused on identity and access processes.
