Lead Finance as a strategic partner to the CFO, driving planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance. Provide executive reporting, capital strategy support, enterprise analytics, and build scalable finance processes and a high-performing team to support growth, M&A, and value-based care financial reporting.

Lead cross-functional analytics to inform clinical and operational decisions: build Tableau dashboards, create dbt analytical models, analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, HIE) with SQL, respond to ad-hoc requests via JIRA, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve data capabilities.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance work including budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Support month-end close, build scalable reporting and scenario/sensitivity analyses, evaluate contract economics and capital decisions, and prepare materials for leadership, board, and investors.

Own and maintain BD deal and pipeline infrastructure, build dashboards and forecasts, prepare executive-ready materials, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support legal and finance alignment, drive meeting rhythms and version-controlled pitch materials, and contribute pipeline analysis for strategic planning.

Lead regional partner success for health plan clients, driving retention, satisfaction, contractual performance, account expansion, and scalable client delivery. Build strategic account plans, manage escalations, supervise team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product and growth.

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for multi-state pediatric care, driving clean claim performance, denial management, KPI tracking, capitation readiness, team leadership, process improvement, and EHR/automation optimization to ensure compliance and revenue integrity.

Lead product for top-of-funnel patient journeys from eligibility through enrollment and initial clinical interaction. Design systems for new market and health plan launches, improve outreach conversion and CAC, map and operationalize eligibility and handoff workflows, run discovery and iterative delivery, and partner with operations, clinical, engineering, and data to drive measurable enrollment and engagement outcomes.

Design, build, and support scalable, stable web and mobile digital products. Communicate with stakeholders, estimate scope, lead and mentor engineers, produce extensible technical solutions, and use data-driven iterative development.

Conduct routine and focused coding audits of pediatric outpatient and telehealth records to ensure CMS, Medicaid, and payer compliance. Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies, provide audit-defensible recommendations and education to providers and coding staff, perform follow-up validation, produce reports for Compliance Leadership, and serve as subject matter expert on pediatric, Medicaid, telehealth, and behavioral health coding across multiple markets.

Lead business development strategy and execution for value-based pediatric care. Originate and close complex partnerships, manage a BD operations direct report, align cross-functional stakeholders, maintain Medicaid program expertise, and represent the organization externally.
