Supports the design, analysis, documentation, quality control, and implementation oversight of low-voltage building technology systems, including structured cabling, audio/video, security, and networking. Collaborates with clients, engineers, architects, and project managers; assists with planning, scheduling, calculations, specifications, and technical communication. The role involves monitoring project progress, proposing solutions, following codes and standards, researching emerging technologies, and prioritizing system safety. It is a full-time, in-office new graduate position with mentorship and travel of up to 50%.

Partners with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training, compliance, and day-to-day HR guidance. Investigates workplace issues, analyzes HR trends and metrics, advises on employment policies and legal risks, supports retention and engagement, and helps develop HR programs. The role also manages campus talent pipelines, recruiting events, and university relationships while delivering broad employee lifecycle support.

Lead design and delivery of physical security and low-voltage (ICT) systems for mission-critical facilities. Perform site assessments, produce designs/specifications, oversee implementation, mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure codes, quality control, safety, and industry best practices are followed while contributing to R&D and client presentations.
