Offers disability insurance

We provide Life and Disability insurance through Dearborn. IMO covers 100% of your pre-disability earnings for the first 4 weeks and 60% for the remaining time up to 12 weeks total.

Provides 401(K) matching

Offered through American Funds, IMO Health matches 100% up to the first 5% of your contributions on a pay period basis once you become eligible to participate.

Offers life insurance

Provided by Dearborn, IMO Health provides $50,000 in life insurance coverage at no cost, with additional voluntary buy-up options available.
