The Customer Program Specialist manages customer accounts, ensures operational adherence, resolves issues, and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Manage strategic aerospace chemical customer contracts, providing commercial and operational direction, P&L oversight, revenue and margin growth, contract renewals, customer relationship management, forecasting, compliance KPIs, and process improvement. Lead and mentor contract teams, coordinate with sales, planning, and procurement, support bid strategies, maintain supply continuity, and ensure strong customer service and profitable account performance. Travel between customer sites as needed.
