Manages intermediate to complex aerospace customer accounts and contracts, providing customer service, order processing, issue resolution, contract administration, returns management, and delivery coordination. The role collaborates with Procurement and Supply Chain to maintain inventory and fulfill contracts, supports audits and customer portals, manages expedites and backorders, and helps train sales team members.

Manages line-side replenishment, receiving, inventory accuracy, chemical and consumable handling, shipment verification, and material distribution in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Maintains compliant storage areas, documentation, and real-time inventory records while coordinating with production, engineering, EHS, customers, and internal teams. Identifies shortages, quality concerns, safety risks, and process improvements. Requires adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, PPE, chemical handling, and site safety standards.

Manage major aerospace customer contracts and programs from implementation through renewal, overseeing growth strategies, P&L, service levels, profitability, forecasting, contract compliance, and process improvements. Partner with Sales on bids and renewals, coordinate with Planning and Procurement to ensure supply continuity, develop performance indicators, and lead, mentor, and evaluate team members. Travel between customer sites as needed while maintaining strong customer partnerships and service standards.

Manages customer supply chain programs in a JIT aerospace distribution environment. Oversees inventory, facility workflow, budgets, staffing, customer and supplier relationships, quality compliance, training, reporting, and continuous improvement. Leads facility teams, resolves process issues, maintains operational efficiency, and ensures delivery commitments and customer requirements are met. The role also manages facility maintenance, security, equipment, performance evaluations, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
