Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor helping organizations adopt Infisical. Responsibilities include running proofs of concept, guiding onboarding and implementations, leading technical demos and discovery calls, supporting enterprise customers, hosting webinars, improving documentation, gathering customer feedback, and influencing product and UX roadmaps.

Grow Infisical’s commercial customer base by closing net-new accounts, managing sales cycles, demonstrating products, and identifying upsell opportunities. The role involves selling to technical stakeholders, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, building sales processes and CRM systems, collaborating with engineering on customer requirements, and driving product adoption. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or Austin.

Owns full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and related roles. Responsibilities include defining hiring requirements, sourcing active and passive candidates, managing interview processes, negotiating offers, tracking funnel metrics, using AI recruiting tools, and developing recruitment marketing campaigns. The role partners closely with the CTO and engineering leads and focuses on hiring within competitive infrastructure, developer tools, and security talent markets.

Build and maintain full-stack features for a security infrastructure platform, expand PKI, PAM, and KMS products, work directly with enterprise customers, and explore AI applications in secrets management. The role requires strong JavaScript ecosystem expertise, particularly React, Node.js, and TypeScript, with optional Go and developer tools experience. This is a primarily remote role requiring work during US hours.

Build, optimize, and expand Infisical’s open source security infrastructure platform. Develop product features, work directly with enterprise customers, expand PKI, PAM, and KMS offerings, and explore AI applications in secrets management and security infrastructure. The role requires deep JavaScript ecosystem expertise, particularly React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, with Go, DevOps, developer tools, and open source experience beneficial.

Grow Infisical’s enterprise customer base by selling its secrets management platform, developing and closing net-new accounts, managing sales cycles, and driving adoption. The role involves product demonstrations, multi-stakeholder selling, upselling and cross-selling, account prospecting, and collaboration with engineering on customer requirements. The Enterprise Account Executive will also help establish sales processes, CRM systems, and scalable sales operations.

Own and enhance Infisical’s website by building pixel-perfect, reusable frontend components, core pages, microsites, and frontend architecture. Integrate CMS, analytics, attribution, and marketing tools while implementing SEO, A/B testing, accessibility, performance, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and company leadership to create a high-quality website that drives organic traffic and user adoption.
