Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations. Partner with boards and senior management on strategic direction, budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, invoices, property inspections, meetings, notices, and enforcement of community rules. Build relationships with residents, board members, and vendors while ensuring compliance with management agreements, governing documents, and applicable laws.

Develops business for water and wastewater operations by creating market strategies, identifying municipal and industrial prospects, mapping decision-makers, cultivating client relationships, supporting proposals and pricing, assembling pursuit teams, and helping secure contract renewals and new business through RFP, RFQ, and open-bid processes.
