Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Itron’s Intelligent Edge Operating System data platform. Define governed data products, data-sharing capabilities, and responsible AI enablement while translating customer needs into scalable, secure requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales on platform development, onboarding, adoption, workshops, demonstrations, and RFP responses. Monitor customer outcomes, product performance, market trends, and emerging technologies to guide future investments.

Leads portfolio marketing and solutions strategy for Itron’s Grid Edge Intelligence offerings. Develops positioning, messaging, value propositions, integrated solutions, market narratives, and go-to-market initiatives for electric utilities. Partners with product, sales, customer success, and corporate marketing teams to support solution selling, customer engagement, competitive differentiation, and commercial growth. Represents the portfolio with customers, analysts, partners, and industry stakeholders while monitoring performance metrics and utility technology trends.

Lead new product introduction programs for hardware from concept through production, including pilot builds, process validation, industrialization, and manufacturing transfer. Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing partners, product management, R&D, and quality teams. Manage schedules, risks, governance reporting, supplier resiliency, and continuous improvement while presenting status and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture, engineering, governance, and strategy across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. Designs workforce, customer, product, privileged, application, cloud, and non-human identity solutions; advances Zero Trust and least privilege; improves lifecycle automation, access governance, monitoring, and policy-as-code. Leads identity-related incident response, communicates security risks, develops enterprise standards, and mentors technical teams.
