Own end-to-end healthcare IT implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, integrations, testing, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary customer contact. Support feature and release adoption, change management, and transitions from implementation to ongoing support. The role requires strong organization, communication, leadership, and familiarity with HL7, RIS/PACS, SaaS delivery, and radiology or healthcare IT environments.

Own sales onboarding, training, and enablement programs; create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and demo scripts; manage RFP repository and end-to-end response process; coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Finance; track ramp and RFP performance; implement enablement and RFP tools.

Act as the technical lead for field sales, manage evaluations, deliver on-site and remote demos, prepare SOWs/RFIs/RFPs, respond to security questionnaires, train sales teams, and support sales across U.S. and Canada while maintaining client relationships and achieving technical sales targets.

Sell radiology IT solutions by building strategic account plans, managing long technical sales cycles, maintaining a 3-5× quota pipeline, forecasting in Salesforce, partnering with marketing/inside sales, and representing the company at industry conferences.
