Leads the IT strategy and organization for Jacuzzi Bath, building a scalable shared-services model across manufacturing and remodeling operations. Oversees IT teams, enterprise systems, ERP and CRM implementations, service management, cybersecurity, data governance, process automation, budgets, vendors, and continuous improvement. Partners with executive and functional leaders to deliver reliable technology, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Manage channel marketing programs, dealer initiatives, marketplace operations, loyalty programs, and cross-functional projects across Jacuzzi Group brands. Analyze KPIs and program data, maintain dashboards, support sales enablement, coordinate vendors, manage invoices and budgets, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, dealers, and vendors to improve program adoption and effectiveness.

Drives new dealer acquisition and market expansion for the North America spa division. Responsibilities include identifying distribution opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, maintaining Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, presenting to prospective dealers, evaluating market opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and supporting dealer onboarding and growth. The role is remote with seasonal travel of up to 50%.
