Seek Partner-level General Liability attorney to run files, manage clients and carrier relationships, and pursue equity partnership. Prepare, review, and submit accurate client invoices per firm and client billing guidelines using BillBlast and eBilling portals. Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections and payment discrepancies, communicate with attorneys and clients, produce billing reports and account analyses, support month-end billing, and maintain organized billing records.

Support practice group leadership by collecting, cleaning, integrating, and analyzing data across finance, timekeeping, and billing systems. Build reports, dashboards, and automated workflows (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) to monitor utilization, staffing, and productivity. Coordinate staffing, prepare recurring and ad-hoc analyses, and translate data into actionable recommendations for practice and firm leadership.

Provide cross-practice paralegal support including triage, coverage for absences, document drafting/editing, court filings and e-filing, legal research, trial preparation and on-site trial support, case file management, billing time accurately, and rotating across practice areas to ensure continuity of service.

Represent clients in general liability litigation across Texas offices. Participate in case development, motions, discovery, and courtroom work while receiving training, mentoring, and career development toward partnership.
