Prepare, review, and submit accurate client invoices per firm and client billing guidelines using BillBlast and eBilling portals. Monitor invoice status, resolve rejections and payment discrepancies, communicate with attorneys and clients, produce billing reports and account analyses, support month-end billing, and maintain organized billing records.

Provide cross-practice paralegal support including triage, coverage for absences, document drafting/editing, court filings and e-filing, legal research, trial preparation and on-site trial support, case file management, billing time accurately, and rotating across practice areas to ensure continuity of service.
