Leads bid-to-execution governance across the Americas, validating technical, commercial, contractual, financial, capacity, supply chain, and delivery readiness before order booking. Owns Sales-to-Project handovers, risk mitigation, profitability reviews, approvals, dashboards, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement. The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Project Management in an engineered-to-order or capital equipment environment.

Develop and execute sales plans for data center accounts, sell heat transfer products, grow revenue, manage customer relationships, identify new business, oversee CRM funnels and forecasting, recommend pricing, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate technology road maps. The role requires approximately 50% travel and collaboration with internal departments and data center clients.
