Own a high-volume B2B SaaS customer portfolio, driving retention, renewals, engagement, and expansion through segmented, data-driven lifecycle programs. Identify account risk, intervene in escalations and opportunities, enable an offshore support team, and improve playbooks, workflows, automation, and self-service capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to scale customer impact.

Design and build scalable Go or Rust backend services and data pipelines for asset discovery, recognition, and enrichment. Solve distributed-systems challenges involving concurrency, fault tolerance, and high-throughput processing. Integrate AI and ML capabilities, use AI-assisted development tools, contribute to architecture and technical standards, mentor engineers, and participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.

Build and deploy AI agents and integrations across Lansweeper’s go-to-market application stack. Configure and troubleshoot GTM systems, connect applications with Salesforce, identify automation opportunities, and implement reliable agentic workflows with observability and human-in-the-loop controls. Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while supporting Salesforce administration and evaluating emerging AI and GTM tools.
