Leads Lantern’s consultant relations function through named ownership of major consulting and brokerage relationships. Builds durable national and local partnerships, embeds the team in active sales opportunities, improves deal outcomes, develops consultant-focused content, closes coverage gaps, and establishes outcome-based metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Analytics, Clinical, and other teams while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing consultant relations organization.

Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value; coordinate cross-functional teams, execute account plans and business reviews, resolve service issues end-to-end, maintain CRM data hygiene, drive retention and expansion, support engagement marketing initiatives, and proactively identify and prevent client problems.
