Lead companywide recruiting and help build the organization’s people infrastructure. The role supports a distributed team and works closely with executive and legal teams.

The Head of Acquisitions will lead sourcing and executing transactions for a new investment strategy focused on founder-led professional services businesses, managing the process from outreach to closing.

Lead Legalist's end-to-end marketing function: set strategy, own brand and communications, manage content and website, produce BD materials (pitch decks, newsletters, one-pagers), drive PR and thought leadership, measure KPIs, and partner with leadership, designers, and external vendors to grow the firm's market presence.
