Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems such as Deltek, Dayforce, UKG, ADP, or Workday is preferred.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, partnering with executives, HR, and hiring managers. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines, advise stakeholders, support employer branding, analyze recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes. The role emphasizes consultative recruiting, advanced sourcing, executive engagement, compliance, talent mapping, and hiring for competitive markets.

Build and deploy AI solutions across engineering and construction project lifecycles, including estimating, design, scheduling, procurement, field execution, and closeout. Train project teams, lead live-project pilots, configure agentic AI tools, integrate solutions with technology systems, apply governance standards, and quantify business impact. The role requires hands-on LLM development, technical implementation, project lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to support nontechnical teams in office and field environments.

Administer and configure Deltek Vantagepoint and Trimble Spectrum ERP environments, including integrations, security, user access, reporting, upgrades, patches, and audit support. Develop SQL, Crystal Reports, and Power BI reports and dashboards, provide Tier 2/3 support, manage system lifecycle documentation, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Engineering, Project Controls, and leadership to deliver reliable ERP solutions.

Designs, implements, operates, and supports enterprise voice and telecommunications systems, including Microsoft Teams Voice, POTS, SIP trunking, PSTN, cellular services, call routing, E911, and number management. Provides Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, carrier and vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance with telecommunications regulations.

Leads cybersecurity analysts and advances enterprise security across cloud, network, endpoint, and data environments. Responsibilities include secure cloud architecture, risk assessments, threat modeling, security automation, SIEM and EDR integration, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing coordination, compliance audits, third-party risk reviews, and security strategy. The role mentors junior staff, leads cross-functional initiatives, and communicates security risks and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

Owns enterprise timekeeping systems, governance, compliance, and payroll integration. Leads system strategy, requirements, implementations, testing, enhancements, controls, audit readiness, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with Payroll, HRIS, HR, Finance, IT, Operations, vendors, and business leaders. Provides training, documentation, stakeholder guidance, and escalation support while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, SOX controls, labor agreements, and multi-state workforce requirements.
