Own full-cycle net-new SaaS sales, from prospecting and discovery through demos, business cases, negotiations, forecasting, and signed agreements. Build territory and account plans, generate pipeline through outbound and industry channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Experience selling healthcare technology to provider organizations is preferred.

Owns enterprise-wide database design, security, reliability, performance, backups, disaster recovery, storage, patching, capacity planning, access controls, monitoring, and documentation. Partners with engineering teams across three divisions to standardize database practices, proactively resolve issues, and support production systems. Requires four or more years administering production relational databases and on-call support experience.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations and administer core HRIS/HCM and performance platforms. Maintain integrations, ensure multi-state payroll compliance, deliver reporting and dashboards, lead system configurations and optimizations, and serve as client-facing escalation and advisor for HR technology.
