Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, integrations, and business intelligence solutions. Build and experiment with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents while connecting Microsoft platforms through Dataverse, APIs, and connectors. Collaborate with business users, troubleshoot existing solutions, support proof-of-concept projects, document applications, and educate users. Manage application lifecycle processes, including testing and deployment across development, UAT, and production environments.

Build and establish the firm’s Learning and Development function, including strategy, programs, processes, learning infrastructure, and leadership development. Assess organizational learning needs, design and facilitate varied learning experiences, support technology adoption, manage the learning management system, and evaluate program effectiveness. Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding, performance, career development, and employee growth.
