Lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed clinical roles (physicians, APPs, RNs, behavioral health clinicians), advise leaders on clinical hiring strategy and workforce planning, manage agency relationships, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure compliant, scalable recruiting operations.

Support end-to-end revenue cycle operations (insurance verification through A/R follow-up), resolve denials, manage billing systems, create reports and dashboards, analyze payer/denial trends, and recommend process and system improvements to optimize reimbursement and operational efficiency.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution for revenue cycle and medical coding operations. Translate objectives into operational roadmaps, improve processes and technology, build KPIs and dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to optimize people, process, and platforms.
