Support Finance and cross-functional teams by producing and presenting monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and deal modeling to inform senior leadership decisions.

Collect, cleanse, and analyze finance-related data; design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting environment; ensure data quality and master data management; support data warehouse and reporting requirements; automate processes using Power Automate and AI tools; collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and troubleshoot reporting issues.

The Project Manager II will launch and manage projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction, while overseeing project budgets and processes in telecommunications.

Provide first-line technical support for residential and small business customers across voice, data, video, and security services. Troubleshoot IPTV, POTS, DSL, and fiber broadband issues, document interactions in the service database, monitor outages, escalate as needed, and work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage the full lifecycle of Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects: maintain schedules and trackers, update Smartsheets daily, handle invoicing, report progress to leadership, triage and resolve construction/customer issues, monitor franchise agreements, and coordinate with internal teams and contractors.

Designs and prepares OSP fiber construction drawings, cost estimates, and schedules; manages permitting, easements, vendor oversight, and project tracking; liaises with city officials and customers to ensure compliance and timely network expansion.

Design, implement, and optimize core IP routing infrastructure for a growing fiber ISP. Provide Tier IV support and technical leadership, evaluate and validate new technologies, improve reliability and scalability, drive IPv6 deployment, support network automation, and collaborate with operations, product, and support teams.
