Responsibilities include identifying grassroots and NGO partners, creating campaign concepts and communications, producing educational materials and press content, supporting store activations, collaborating with PR and charitable giving teams, engaging internal staff, managing campaign budgets, and reporting outcomes. The role requires strong activism-sector relationships, intersectional awareness, project coordination, communication, and public-facing campaign experience.

Lead design, administration and vendor management of US and Canada benefits and wellness programs. Oversee retirement plans, STD/LTD claims, ADP reconciliation, compliance (ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA), communications, budgeting, KPI reporting and coach the benefits team.
