Perform sheet metal manufacturing and installation tasks in a warehouse environment using hand and power tools. Must communicate effectively, solve problems, maintain organization and attention to detail, and operate tools like air drills, rivet guns, routers, Cleco pliers, countersinks, rivet squeezers, and grinders.

Design, analyze, and implement aircraft structural components and systems using CAD and structural analysis tools. Apply knowledge of metals, military standards, parts, and fasteners. Manage multiple aerospace projects concurrently and deliver engineering solutions across product development.

Lead and oversee aerospace manufacturing programs, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Use project management tools (Microsoft Project/Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure program objectives and manufacturing requirements are met, and maintain compliance with aerospace standards.

Develop and verify FPGA/embedded firmware using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog. Create RTL, testbenches, and UVM-based verification, run simulations (ModelSim), perform synthesis and use Libero SoC. Apply digital design principles (clock domains, pipelining, AXI/Avalon) and integrate FPGAs with Linux/RTOS in real-time systems.

The PLC Programmer designs and develops automation solutions, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with project teams to integrate these solutions.
