The Senior Data Analyst will develop and improve Sigma dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities include gathering stakeholder requirements, querying and analyzing complex datasets with SQL, improving data quality and governance, defining metrics, automating reporting processes, and partnering on Snowflake data modeling and warehouse improvements. The role also evaluates analytics tools, delivers actionable insights, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads Microsoft 365 strategy, operations, security, governance, and adoption while overseeing Azure, infrastructure, business-critical applications, vendors, and a distributed IT team. The FP&A Manager will build and scale planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering capabilities. Responsibilities include reconciling financial and operational data, completing the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting rollout, defining KPIs, owning budgets and forecasts, producing management and board reporting, investigating variances, automating workflows, and partnering with business leaders. The role will support multi-entity and acquisition integration work and may eventually build and lead an FP&A analyst team.

Designs, builds, governs, secures, and optimizes Magna’s Azure and hybrid cloud environment. Partners with development and infrastructure teams on IaaS, PaaS, container, serverless, identity, networking, and connectivity architectures. Owns cloud governance, stability, cost management, monitoring, documentation, change management, and platform updates. Supports Microsoft 365 adoption, resolves cross-team issues, communicates service performance, and develops IT staff.

Review and edit deposition transcripts for grammar, formatting, legal accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with company and industry standards. Communicate effectively with internal teams, manage multiple assignments independently, and deliver polished transcripts reliably and on time as a remote 1099 contractor. Familiarity with AI transcription platforms is beneficial, and training is provided on proprietary software.

The Records Case Opening Coordinator will review and add client orders, prepare court subpoenas, answer client inquiries, and assist with problem-solving requirements.
