Leads product export classification and regulatory compliance for advanced software, hardware, encryption, cybersecurity, and digital forensics technologies. Determines EAR and ITAR classifications, prepares ECCN, CCATS, Commodity Jurisdiction, BIS, and DDTC submissions, and manages licensing documentation. Partners with engineering and product teams to assess technical changes, oversee export-control reviews, support audits, deliver training, and maintain compliance processes and governance throughout the product lifecycle.

Build and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions across enterprise systems. Partner with Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, integrate platforms, test and monitor solutions, document implementations, and train process owners. The role requires hands-on coding, AI workflow experience, enterprise integrations, scripting, SQL, structured data knowledge, production support, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct KYC reviews, restricted-party screening, export-control and sanctions compliance reviews, sales opportunity assessments, and end-user due diligence. Maintain compliance records, databases, reports, dashboards, and authorization tracking. Review transactions under EAR and ITAR requirements, identify risks, resolve screening matches, support audits and training, and collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other teams while escalating higher-risk matters.

Optimize Microsoft security operations by tuning Sentinel detections, reducing false positives, designing alert and incident-response automation, integrating Defender products and third-party telemetry, improving SOC workflows, and developing investigation playbooks, runbooks, and documentation. This hands-on 3–4 month contract requires strong Sentinel and Defender expertise, advanced KQL, Logic Apps, SOAR automation, SIEM engineering, and security operations optimization experience.

Lead strategic relationships with FedRAMP federal accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor on Magnet products and FedRAMP controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, run executive business reviews, mitigate risk, and drive measurable customer outcomes and advocacy.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Magnet Forensics' security, incident response, and AI product portfolio. Influence executive, product, and sales stakeholders; translate technical AI/ML and forensic capabilities into messaging; develop buyer personas; create sales enablement and demand-generation content; evangelize products at events; partner with competitive intelligence and customer advocacy; mentor product marketing team members.

The Vulnerability Researcher will develop and innovate digital investigative software, focusing on analyzing and securing evidence from various digital devices to aid in investigations and enhance national security.

Lead product operations by designing cross-functional processes, running end-to-end programs, owning executive reporting cadences, and building analytics for product and revenue health. Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Marketing to improve tooling, data quality, and decision-making, and to institutionalize durable processes and documentation that scale the product organization.

Lead design and implement deep mobile platform integrations (primarily iOS) across the Graykey product. Debug across layers (Python, native C/C++, OS userspace and kernel), analyze crash dumps and disassembled binaries, drive features from design through production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with firmware and product teams to ensure reliable multi‑device, multi‑OS operation.

Lead Magnet Forensics' global tax function, owning income, indirect tax, and transfer pricing strategy and compliance. Advise executives on international structuring, manage US and global tax compliance and audits, own the income tax provision, monitor global tax legislation (eg. BEPS/Pillar Two), and build and mentor a cross-border tax team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders.
