Own enterprise sales across the Life, Annuities & Health insurance market. Build territory strategy, generate new-logo pipeline, expand strategic accounts, develop executive relationships, lead consultative value-based sales, navigate complex buying groups, orchestrate internal resources, and close large software opportunities. The role requires direct L&AH insurance expertise, enterprise SaaS or complex software sales experience, disciplined forecasting, competitive strategy, and success exceeding quota.

Own ARR, revenue, bookings, and workforce forecasts; support sales compensation calculations, budgeting, KPI reporting, and Board reporting. Analyze actuals against budget, explain variances, and translate financial data into actionable insights for finance and non-finance leaders. Partner closely with Finance and Sales on commercial performance and high-priority business initiatives.

Own and prioritize the Majesco Billing backlog, define epics and user stories, translate P&C billing requirements into scalable SaaS solutions, drive enhancements across receivables, payments, cash application, commissions and reconciliation, validate releases with QA and stakeholders, and champion AI-enabled automation and product adoption.

Lead product ownership for Majesco's cloud-based P&C claims platform. Prioritize backlog, define epics and user stories, collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver FNOL, claims automation, fraud detection, payments, vendor management, subrogation and catastrophe features. Champion AI-first workflows, validate releases with QA and customers, and drive adoption and roadmap outcomes.

Provide strategic legal support for Majesco's SaaS business by drafting, negotiating, and executing complex commercial, SaaS, licensing, vendor, and data privacy agreements. Partner with sales, finance, product, security, and executives to accelerate revenue, manage legal and commercial risk, support vendor/RFP processes, and contribute to financing or acquisition activities. Improve contracting processes and playbooks while handling high-volume, enterprise-level transactions.

The role involves leading P&C underwriting operations and translating workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency for insurers.
