Serves as chief of staff and strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Head. Leads transfer pricing transformation within a global SAP S/4HANA program. Translates tax policies into intercompany process and system requirements, supports solution design, testing, deployment, controls, audit readiness, and true-up processes. Coordinates stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT while managing risks, issues, documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, delivery, and transformation across Finance, FinTech, Legal, and Risk. Oversees product platforms, Agile and DevOps adoption, AI and data initiatives, digital transformation, change management, vendor partnerships, governance, and technology operations. Partners with executive stakeholders to align global priorities, integrate platforms, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable, secure, value-driven outcomes across a federated enterprise technology organization.

Leads sales finance across channels, including planning, forecasting, performance analytics, trade investment governance, customer P&Ls, and period-close reviews. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance leadership to translate financial results into actions, manage risks and opportunities, support audits, and drive profitable growth. Oversees quarterly business reviews, collections and deductions monitoring, executive insights, and development of a high-performing finance team.

Leads global ingredient science research across flavors, mint, seasonings, grains, rice, potatoes, and related categories. Defines long-term technology strategy, converts scientific discoveries into commercialized ingredients, strengthens supply resilience, governs flavor development, and identifies intellectual property opportunities. Manages a global team of scientists, ensures research quality and safety compliance, and partners with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply, commercial, regulatory, suppliers, academia, and research consortia.

Leads North American indirect tax requirements and global tax data governance for an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Oversees U.S. and Canadian tax processes, tax determination, reporting, reconciliations, data standards, tax technology integrations, testing, deployment, audit readiness, and compliance. Partners across Tax, Finance, IT, Master Data, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services to improve tax data quality and establish scalable global operating models.
