Participates in a comprehensive insurance and risk management internship, supporting client management teams and serving clients. Completes project work, develops professional and industry skills, attends educational webinars, builds relationships with managers and mentors, and learns about insurance career opportunities. The program requires full attendance and offers exposure to industry partners and client service practices.

Manage business insurance client relationships, provide responsive service, resolve billing issues, process policy changes, and support renewals, certificates, and endorsements. The role requires at least three years of business insurance experience, knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, and permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. Insurance designations and experience with Sagitta, Image Right, or EPIC are preferred.

Supports Business Insurance Select clients by responding promptly to service needs and preparing endorsements, certificates, audits, applications, and related documentation. Requires strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to manage client requests. Insurance knowledge, a Property & Casualty license, insurance designations, and experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, or EPIC are preferred.

Supports regional insurance operations by maintaining procedures, coordinating vendors and outsourcing, assisting with training and onboarding, monitoring compliance metrics, managing Smartsheet updates, reporting, researching project data, and supporting continuous improvement and strategic operations initiatives.

Develop new business insurance client relationships, evaluate referrals, gather application information, obtain quotes from insurance markets, and guide proposals through binding coverage. The role requires client service, sales goal achievement, attention to detail, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Consultant will develop a prospecting plan, build relationships to convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Manage client relationships for business insurance accounts, provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, negotiate with carriers, prepare proposals, resolve billing issues, and mentor junior client service associates.
