Designs, configures, develops, and deploys scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Certinia clouds. Translates business requirements into delivery tasks, coordinates with stakeholders and external partners, supports integrations, testing, releases, troubleshooting, documentation, and platform governance. Identifies risks, dependencies, and gaps while ensuring solutions meet architecture, security, integration, and operational standards.

Leads brand experience programs and events from concept through final delivery. Manages client relationships, creative direction, project teams, budgets exceeding $3 million, vendors, freelancers, contracts, negotiations, billing, and production logistics. Presents concepts, resolves conflicts, protects creative integrity, mentors producers and coordinators, and oversees multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, deadlines, financial performance, and successful client outcomes.

Supports Account Managers and Directors across experiential marketing programs, coordinating client communications, meetings, timelines, budgets, proposals, CRM data, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Assists with event requirements, competitive research, venue options, and on-site activations. Maintains accurate project documentation, identifies risks, manages shifting priorities, and builds relationships with clients, agency partners, and cross-functional creative, production, strategy, and operations teams.
