Field-based clinical specialist providing clinical, technical, and product support for cranial and spinal navigation, robotics, imaging, and implants. Duties include installations, preventive maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, in‑OR technical assistance, customer training, troubleshooting (including UNIX/Linux file changes), service contract fulfillment, documentation, and collaboration with sales and service teams.

Field-based senior clinical specialist supporting neurosurgery/navigation/robotic systems. Provides clinical and technical assistance during procedures, installs and maintains hardware/software, performs preventative maintenance, trains clinical staff, troubleshoots issues (including UNIX/Linux file modifications), documents site activity, coordinates with sales and service teams, and fulfills service contract obligations. Requires frequent driving within territory and occasional overnight travel.
