Drive net-new B2B SaaS revenue for a regional territory via cold outreach, discovery, demos, and consultative selling. Qualify leads, build proposals, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, collaborate with AEs and cross-functional teams, support underwriting and financial modeling, and travel regionally as needed. Leverage AI tools and industry knowledge to accelerate deal velocity and advance toward a full Account Executive role.

Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers, overseeing day-to-day operations, SLAs, and escalations. Produce QBRs and performance reports, leverage data and AI to improve logistics and ETA accuracy, partner with Product and Engineering on feature requests, and optimize vendor courier networks to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, enforce SLAs, lead QBRs, translate data into insights, handle escalations, and partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven operational improvements.
