Lead and own Midi Health’s paid acquisition and full-funnel media strategy, building an AI-native performance system to optimize CAC and LTV:CAC across dual motions (clinical care and consumer product). Manage budget/P&L, agency ecosystem, creative-performance feedback loops, audience strategy, and a team of growth specialists while communicating results to executives and the board.

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits using AthenaHealth and payer portals, obtain pre-authorizations, identify primary/secondary payers, document outcomes, collaborate with billing and operations to resolve eligibility issues and prevent claim denials, notify patients of coverage discrepancies, and maintain accurate insurance records to ensure compliant billing and timely reimbursement.

Lead Midi's B2B commercial marketing function, owning strategy, P&L, ABM, MarTech/AI-enabled infrastructure, pipeline generation, and enterprise partnership growth. Build and scale a multidisciplinary team, drive measurable revenue and LTV/CAC improvements, and represent commercial marketing at the executive level.
