Design and encode family-law workflows into AI-enabled systems: decision trees, prompt architectures, retrieval and orchestration logic; collaborate with attorneys, product and engineering teams to build, test, and govern AI-assisted intake, document automation, and client workflows while ensuring QA, compliance, and human oversight.

Manage recruiting operations and interview coordination, administer and audit the ATS, prepare offers and track background checks, perform talent market research, support TA projects and process improvements, maintain SOPs and recruiting documentation, and improve candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
