Oversees marketing plans, pricing recommendations, budgets, CRM reporting, training, recruiting, and performance management for community teams. Partners with operations leaders, executive directors, corporate departments, advertising partners, and owner boards. Provides strategic guidance, conducts sales training, reinforces best practices, and represents the organization at client meetings and industry events. Travel is required 75–100% of the time.
