Manage inside sales activities by calling customers, processing phone/email orders, checking stock and delivery ETAs, following up leads, recommending products, and meeting sales goals while delivering strong customer service.

Lead and conduct safety audits across warehouse and distribution locations, implement and update safety and food-safety programs to meet OSHA/EPA/Primus/DOT standards, deliver training, analyze incidents, track metrics, and drive corrective actions. Role includes field work, vendor training, and coordination across multiple sites.

Manage and grow food/produce B2B accounts in the Austin area through prospecting, order submission, product training, territory analysis, customer service, collections, and coordination with transportation and credit departments.

Plan and optimize daily delivery routes, assign and monitor drivers, maximize truck capacity, ensure timely deliveries and DOT compliance, coordinate returns and order pulls, verify product accuracy, and perform related data entry and administrative tasks.
